What services do you offer?

We are a full service catering company.

How early do I need to contact you prior to the event?

The earlier, the better.  Certainly the caterer should be one of the first contacts you make when putting together an event.  The caterer handles events all the time and can save you money on rentals & set ups. We find ourselves booked a year in advance on prime weekends.  So get your event on our calendar with your booking fee as early as possible to insure you are going to have the Best BBQ in Northern Nevada.

What happens if we have to make changes after we sign a contract?

We a very flexible and understand some changes may happen and we will do our best to accommodate them. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.


Do you provide rentals?

We work with reputable, professional companies. We can make arrangements for any rental needs you may have. We do this as a courtesy (No Extra Charge) for our clients. We also do NOT add any fee to the rental charges.


Why isn’t there basic pricing on your site?

We have a very large menu when compared to typical BBQ Menu’s from our competitors. Too many combinations to put on a website. We customize a menu for your budget and event. We do occasionally have Promo’s or Specials and you can find them on our specials page. We do list pricing for our Appetizers. Catering Menu


Does your menu pricing include rentals, disposables, & labor?

Our menu prices are for food & beverage only unless otherwise specified. Staffing, rental, disposables, and delivery fees are separate line items if applicable.


Do you charge extra to cook on-site?

No, we do not.


Do you offer Vegetarian options?

Yes, we offer some very tasty options? Please see our catering page for a list of options.


How do I work with you on a wedding?

The same as any other event.  We also work closely with your wedding planner or whoever you have that is making all the arrangements. Weddings are a time of great joy and a lot of stress. While you are doing one wedding, we have done hundreds.  Our ability to get you through the event comes from experience and that leads to a smooth event and money savings for you.


Are there any “surprise charges”?

No hidden charges for labor, no hidden charges for set up, no hidden charges for anything. Our contracts clearly spell out exactly what we are doing for you and how much it will cost. The price in the contract is the price for the event. The listed items on the contract are what you will receive. 

ALWAYS check the bottom line when comparing pricing so you get the true cost of you event. Also be sure the quality is comparable. We use only the highest quality products IE; USDA Choice or above meats etc.

Our contract that is signed by the client is easy to read & well laid out so that there are never any hidden costs. If the event is going over the contracted time of the staff; we provide the client with the option to extend the staff's hours.


Do you charge a gratuity?

Yes, we charge a 13% gratuity. We have the lowest gratuity in Northern Nevada. Others charge 15%, 18% and even up to 20%. This can save you 100’s to 1000’s of dollars with us! No gratuity is charged drop-offs.


Do You Deliver/Drop-off Food?

We can gladly provide you with a food drop off. Includes delivery, initial setup help and full instruction on Food Safety. We take food safety very seriously. A delivery charge may be applicable.


Do You Require A Deposit?

Yes. We require a 50% of the total. This Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. When we secure your date, we then turn down others that may have wanted your date; therefore this protects us from a total loss of not being able to re-book the date. It is applied to your total. Final guest headcount is due 14 days before your event unless other arrangements have been made. Final Payment is due 10 days before your event. See Contract for other details.


Can We Sample Your Food?

Absolutely, we can arrange a private tasting or depending on the time of year, you can come to one of our public outings.


What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time we take cash, cashiers check, company checks or personal checks.
