We ship premium outdoor cooking equipment across the contiguous United States. Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Large or custom-configured items (built-in grills, outdoor kitchen components) may require additional production lead time — the product page will note this when applicable.
Shipping Methods and Estimates
- Standard Ground — 3–7 business days after processing
- Freight (large items) — 7–14 business days, curbside delivery by appointment
- White-Glove Delivery — Available on select items; includes scheduled delivery, unpacking, and debris removal
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and delivery volume can affect actual arrival dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item, destination, and selected delivery method. Free shipping promotions apply to the items and thresholds listed on the promotion terms. Freight and white-glove upgrades may incur additional charges.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. For a request outside our standard service area, email customerservice@backyardbbq.com— we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking information. Freight items are typically coordinated by the carrier via phone to schedule a delivery window.
Freight Delivery — What to Expect
Large items are delivered by a freight carrier:
- Standard freight is curbside only — the driver is not obligated to bring the item onto your property
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, typically 4 hours wide
- Someone 18+ must be present to sign for delivery
- Inspect the item and packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before accepting
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve it quickly.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur re-shipment fees.
