Turn your Broilmaster gas grill into a versatile outdoor kitchen with this stainless steel griddle, built specifically for Size 3 grill models. Crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel, it delivers a smooth, flat cooking surface ideal for eggs, pancakes, biscuits, seared burgers, vegetables, and other foods that don't belong on an open grate. The griddle installs in place of your existing cooking grid — swap out one or two grids, depending on your grill's configuration, and secure the griddle using the included leveling screws and nuts. These allow you to fine-tune the tilt so grease flows properly into the built-in grease trough, keeping flare-ups to a minimum. Like any quality griddle, this one improves with use. An initial oil seasoning creates a natural non-stick patina that develops over time, so don't expect — or want — a shiny surface once it's broken in. Clean it with hot water only once seasoned, and skip the dishwasher and metal scrapers, which will damage the finish and void the warranty. Note: this griddle fits Size 3 Broilmaster grills only, and should not be installed over an infrared burner on R3B models.
