About Broilmaster
Broilmaster has been building premium grills in Belleville, Illinois since 1966, and it remains one of the few grill brands still manufactured in the USA. Over more than five decades the company has earned a reputation as a grill you buy once and keep, with many owners reporting that they have cooked on the same Broilmaster for decades and passed it down to the next generation. The heart of a Broilmaster is its construction. The grill head is cast from heavy-duty deep aluminum, a material that will not rust or corrode the way steel does and that holds temperature better, so food cooks using radiant heat from within the grill rather than just the flame below it. Paired with that is the brand's signature stainless steel Bow Tie Burner, a design that dates back to the original G-1000 and delivers unusually even heat across the entire cooking grid. Separate left and right burner controls make indirect cooking simple, and the exclusive stainless steel Smoker Shutter converts the grill to an indirect system with one pull of a lever, which is why Broilmaster is often called the slow cooker of grills.
The lineup covers a wide range of cooking styles. The Premium P-Series grills, offered from the three-burner P3 up to the five-burner P5, are the flagship cast aluminum models, with cooking surfaces from roughly 495 to 695 square inches, stainless steel cooking grids, and heavy-duty construction throughout. Beyond the Premium line, Broilmaster builds stainless steel, infrared, and charcoal grills, along with specialty slow-cooker models. The modular design lets you configure the grill the way you want, mounting it on a tubular steel cart, an in-ground post, a patio base, or as a built-in grill head, in natural gas or propane, and adding side burners, rotisserie kits, and other accessories to build out a complete setup.
